Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase from Knots & Co. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns:
If you change your mind, you can return your item within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Exchanges:
Want to swap for a different style or size? We’re happy to help. Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Just send us an email at [your email address] and we’ll guide you through the process.
Damaged or Faulty Items:
We take great care with every order, but if something arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
How to Start a Return or Exchange:
Email us at info@knotsandco.co.za with your order number, reason for return/exchange, and any relevant photos. We’ll get back to you within 1–2 business days.
